The Agraharam cottages are situated, in a site covering an area of 3 Acres, situated at a distance of 500 meters from the Thirunelli Bus stand, towards Kattikulam side.. Forest, the Yathri Nivas of KTDC and private lands abuts the boundaries of the site. The site is rich in vegetation, mainly coffee plantations and silver oak, making it a nature's hub for luxurious living. The resort includes 11 dwelling units (cottages-named as "agraharas"), (both A/C and Non A/C) with spacious bed room, living area, dress area, bath room and a sit out. The interior is in tune with the natural surroundings. The ambience is enhanced with wooden ceiling. A multi cuisine restaurant, reception, rejuvenation center, conference hall, open air theatre (OAT), staff quarters, and other supporting amenities, by considering the nature, topography are the other facilities available, assuring the best of hospitality.
